Who we are
QwikScrap is operated by Vajra Recycling Private Limited, Chennai. By creating an account or booking a pickup, you accept these terms.
Eligibility & account
Accounts are created and verified with a mobile OTP - one account per number. Please keep your details accurate.
Bookings
Rates shown are indicative. The final value of your scrap is confirmed by an on-site assessment at pickup, and released only once you share your Pickup Confirmation Code. We may decline items that are restricted or hazardous.
Payments
Payment is made on the spot, in cash or UPI, on completion of the pickup. A digital receipt is issued for every completed order.
Cancellations & conduct
Either side may cancel a scheduled pickup. Please ensure safe, respectful conditions for our agents at the pickup location.
Liability & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with Chennai courts having jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time.
