When you book, we send you a 4-digit Pickup Confirmation Code by WhatsApp and SMS. Share it with the agent only once you're happy with the final amount and have handed over your items - it's how the pickup is confirmed and payment released.

Your Pickup Confirmation Code - sent to your WhatsApp and SMS when you book (and again on pickup day). It's your approval switch: the agent can only complete the pickup after you share it, and you share it only when you're happy with the final amount. Until then, nothing is final.

Tell the agent - they'll call our team on the spot to sort it out. If we still can't agree, no hard feelings: the pickup is simply cancelled and your items stay with you. You never pay anything either way.

Rates track the recycling market and are updated on the site in real time. What you see on Scrap Rates is what applies on your pickup day - shown as an estimate until your items are weighed and inspected.
