How you get paid, in plain language.
1. What the estimate means
The rates on our site are live indicative rates. Your Estimated Total is our best guess based on the quantities you enter - it is not a promised amount.
2. What happens at pickup
Our agent weighs every item on a calibrated digital scale in front of you and checks condition. The final value is calculated in front of you.
3. You hold the switch
Nothing is final until you share your 4-digit Pickup Confirmation Code. Happy with the amount? Share the code, get paid instantly - cash or UPI. Not happy? Say so - the agent calls our team right then to help. If we still can’t agree, the pickup is cancelled, your items stay with you, and you owe nothing.
4. After payment
Your receipt (weights, rates, amount, payment mode) appears in My Profile. Spot a problem afterwards? Contact us - every pickup is photo-documented and we’ll review it.
