What is the code the agent asks for?+
When you book, we send you a 4-digit Pickup Confirmation Code by WhatsApp and SMS. Share it with the agent only once you're happy with the final amount and have handed over your items - it's how the pickup is confirmed and payment released.
Is there a minimum quantity?+
No minimum for households. If your estimate is quite small we'll just check you'd like to proceed. Bulk loads? Use Bulk Sellers & Businesses.
